<p>The effect of tax sanctions, knowledge of taxation and awareness of taxpayers to paying motor vehicle taxes in Brebes Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge and taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Brebes Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this research is primary data. The population as many as 29,411 units of taxpayer motorized vehicles, from the data obtained 100 respondents with the sampling method using the random sampling method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that tax sanctions, knowledge of taxation and awareness of taxpayers affect the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers at the Brebes district Samsat office either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of research analysis shows that tax sanctions, tax knowledge and awareness of taxpayers affect the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers at the Brebes district Samsat office.</p>fenti NurlaeliAlin Rahmawati

<p>This study aims to determine or analyze financial performance to measure the soundness of banks at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2018 to 2020 to see if PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the predicate of healthy or unhealthy. Data collection techniques in this study is to use secondary data. The results of the research data that have been obtained are analyzed first with financial ratios, then the final CAMEL value is determined in each period by multiplying the credit value of each ratio with the CAMEL weight that has been set by Bank Indonesia. The ratios used include Capital (Capital) using the Capital Adequeency Ratio (CAR), Asset Quality (Asset Quality) using the productive asset quality ratio (KAP) The ratio of productive assets classified to the total earning assets, Management (Management) using the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning (Rentability) using the ratio of Gross Profit to Business Volume (Return on Assets / ROA) and the Ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and Liquidity (Liquidity) using the ratio Loan on Deposit Ratio (LDR) ). The results of this study show that the final value of CAMEL in 2018 was 92.2, in 2019 it was 92.5 and in 2020 it was 89.5. All of these results are in the range of 81% - 100% with a healthy predicate. Thus it can be concluded that the financial performance using the CAMLE method at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2018 to 2020 is in a healthy predicate.</p>Iip Dyah Kusumaningati

<p>BCA multifinance employees have various problems, both workload and work stress that have an impact on the emergence of burnout. Burnout is a state of extreme psychological stress so that individuals experience emotional exhaustion and low motivation to work. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive methd. Where the data collection technique is carried out by field observation techniques, conducting interviews with related parties and conducting documentation as evidence. The results showed that the burnout of BCA multifinance employees was categorized as high. Factors that determine burnout in BCA multifinance employees are divided into two, the first is situational factors consisting of : Work second individual factor consist of : demoraphic characteristic (burnout level based on age, gender, education, marital status), burnout rate based on problem solving, expectations too high, personal problems. Suggestions in this study are sharing and counseling to provide good social support such as motivating employees to work optimally by giving awards or rewards for their work.</p>Wawan NurdiyansyahYuli Asih

The increase in sales to active purchases on the <em>marketplace </em>, shows that there is consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions through <em>e-commerce</em>. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.2pt; margin: 0cm -.3pt 0cm 1.1pt;"><span style="color: black;">This study aims to analyze how the effect of <em>flash sales </em>and "Free Shipping" Shopee on purchasing decisions for students using the Shopee application at MAN Tegal City, partially and simultaneously. </span><span style="color: black;">The form of this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling using the Slovin formula and using 95 respondents as samples. The results showed that the <em>flash sale </em>and "Free Shipping" variables simultaneously (simultaneously) influenced purchasing decisions with a</span><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;">calculated </span><span style="color: black;">> F</span><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;">table </span><span style="color: black;">(33,115 > 3.09). </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .1pt; margin: 0cm -.25pt 0cm .9pt;"><span style="color: black;">Through the results of <em>adjusted R square </em>, it is also known that <em>flash sale </em>and free shipping contributed 41,9%, the remaining 58,1% was influenced by other variables. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and creativity on the interest of students to become entrepreneurs. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 127 Politeknik Stibisnis students. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative using the SPSS program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship for students at the Politeknik Stibisnis Tegal. And the second result also shows that creativity has a positive and significant effect on students interest in entrepreneurship, and there is a positive and significant influence between motivation (X1) and creativity (X2) simultaneously on interest in entrepreneurship (Y) students of the Politeknik Stibisnis Tegal.</p>Endah PujiastutiIqlima Salsabila
